Please ensure your decorator uses clean curtains and decoration materials. 

If a Pendol (Cloth /Water proof), Platform/Stage, White covers for chairs and round tables are required, they have to be sourced from Ashirwad Mangal Karyalay only.

A security deposit of Rs.10,000 will need to be deposited before the start of the function. This amount will be refunded subject to timely removal of decoration material and zero damages to the karyalay property.

Please range for appropriate lettering on the stage. Would appreciate if you can inform us about the same 15 days in advance so that we can reduced the same from you bills (if included in our package).

The decorator cannot use nails or sticking tapes nor hang anything on any of karyalay fixture and decorations.

The decorator has to get his know ladder or any other equipment’s required.

Avoid Decoration Outside the premises, if done its at your own risk.

The decoration details have to be share with us at least 2 days prior to the event, which will help us decide the layout for the event.

The hall will be allotted for putting up decorations an hour before the start of the function. 

The decorations have to be removed by 4.00 PM for a day function and by 11 PM for a night function. 

The decorator will not be allowed to store any of his materials inside the karyalay premises.

The decorator cannot display his company name /advertisement at the entrance or inside the karyalay premises.       

The decorator has to lay out clean carpets. 

The decorator has to clean the premises after putting up and taking down the decorations.

Extra charges for electricity will apply for lighting or use of any other electrical appliance.

The security of the Third-party vendors and their staff lies with yourself only.

Cold Fire - The use of cold fire is strictly prohibited on the premises unless a minimum of 5 feel of protective carpet is laid beneath it. This measure is mandotory to prevent any potential damage to the karalay's lawn and carpets.

Music - As per local authority regulations, music is permitted only until 10:00 PM. We kindly request you to conclude all musical programs by this time. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR GRACE TIME
